All of the individuals chosen for our house names challenged themselves in new and unique ways to make a difference.
There are four houses:
Freeman
Named after Cathy Freeman and dedicated to achievement in sport and advocacy for social advancement of the disadvantaged;
Nolan
Named after the painter Sidney Nolan and dedicated to achievement in the Arts and the pursuit of a unique creative vision;
Hollows
Named after Fred Hollows for his work as a humanitarian in a scientific field;
Goldstein
Named after Vida Goldstein the suffragette and social campaigner for the right of women to vote.
